Ho ho ho -_-” ….

- SO SO SO DELICIOUS!
Yesterday I received a gift from my Singaporean friend Choleires
Baileys fudge! I really enjoy surprises, especially ones I can eat! When I received the package I was at the next door neighbors place working on a project that I’ve got going and then the mail man showed up… my delicious gift arrived at the right time, just at lunch time
so I had Baileys fudge with coffee outside on the front porch, was a nice addition to my afternoon
I sat there cooling off in the shade with my coffee and my fudge, sounds really lame but it was a nice minute in my afternoon!
And of course, I almost ate the whole entire packet in like 10 minutes because it was so good! My neighbor watched me eat the fudge and drink my coffee and she said I looked like I was going through and insecure craving, actually it’s funny because, I was feeling a bit down, but this nice gift sweetened up my day
It came at just the right time! *smiles* Thanks a lot to my good buddy choleires
Anyway… I checked out “The Fudge Factory” and wow, it looks really high standard, I want to visit and buy truck loads of their products!
- Click here to see their website

- Christmas plums
Actually, where I live there are millions of plum trees, when the plums start to go red you can tell it’s going to be Christmas because they’re actually called “Christmas Plums” and they’re only fully ripe at Christmas time. Sometimes the old ladies up the street make plum jam and send it down door to door like Christmas warriors
It’s sweet how they still practice their tradition, but last year we got so many bottles of plum jam we couldn’t even cram it into the refrigerator *sigh* -_-” . . .
This year I might have to the honors of giving them away, or I’ll have no space left for anything but plum jam! Ha ha! Actually, even though I’m not really into Christmas… it’s so weird because everything has gone Christmas theme… All the TV commercials are snow and rain deer… even the car commercials are twinkling haha! Oh my, what really gets to me though is when you go shopping and all you can hear is Christmas carols! It drives me crazy!!! It’s like a Santa invasion or something. Also, I noticed everyones houses are twinkling at night and all of the shop fronts have lights in their windows too… it’s so weird. And even some of the company phone numbers have jingles going on with “HO HO HO”. Not only that but you can even call a fake Santa number to talk to him, seriously scary.
I’m more of a new years person, this year is going to be great so I have loads to celebrate! And a lot a lot of things to look forward to!
Anyway, I’m off for a coffee and the mail man has just arrived again, I’m waiting anxiously for a post card that’s been in send for about 2-3 weeks.
(I forgot to mention, the mail man is also wearing a Santa hat ![]()
Again, huge thanks to my buddy Choleires, made my day getting the nice gift in the mail!
Ciao~

Fudge seems to be your ultimate comfort food! Glad that you loved every single bit of it to get you out of your bad mood
comfort food really works, if you learn how to appreciate it and most importantly, knowing where to buy it (so that you won’t need to go around frantically, dragging that lousy mood of yours, hunting for your comfort food)… mine is obviously the divine mudpie from Coffee Bean. It’s just divine, like what you felt after downing the fudge. Tastes great, and it improves your mood so drastically people think you’re emo-ing
lol!
Okay anyway I really do hope my country welcomes and celebrate your Christmas like yours does
we do hear X’mas carols in shopping malls, but HOHOHOs over the phone simply doesn’t exist, haha!

teddY: Hey Ted…haha… comfort foods ^_^ / I like chocolate a lot too, maybe a bit more than I should hehe. Hah! You sound like you are pretty hard fixed on that mud cake… it sounds absolutely delicious. I’d like it freezing cold with ice coffee and whipped cream! Or what about peakan pie? Mmmmm. Ha ha… Yeah? Malaysia does carols in shopping malls? Sounds like here haha… Oh yeah, ho ho ho on the phone is nothing to miss out on meh, it’s damn annoying, ho ho ho gets to you
