My guide to healthy skin.

After my breakfast of fried rice and steamed fish this morning(Which, might I add, was very very delicious.) I had an idea, it has been done before by me, but since the entry got deleted I thought I’d do a better one for you all to read. “My guide to healthy skin”.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
This entry is mostly for the male readers in my blog, however, the ladies can stay tuned too because they might find some helpful tips here and there.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
First off:
Who agrees that too many men around simply don’t care about the way they look?
I think every female that just read that sentence will have someone to moan about.
(Refer them to this entry if they’re that bad)
I’m not talking about “The way they look” but more off, their skin.
I think it’s simply just the fact that many men don’t know how or what to clean their skin with, and being as most of the products on the market are for women, it is understandable.
A good product for men is facial scrub, it doesn’t have to come in a pink bottle with some disgusting rose smell either, there are neutral ones you can buy.
- If you are going to do this, make sure you get one that has grit or sand beads in it, it helps to remove all the dirt on your face.
Now, to see what I use.

This is called a “Neutrogina facial pad” and you can buy them almost anywhere, however my Mom bought me some economy packets when she came to New Zealand not so long ago. And they work really well.
I recommend these for men because they’re not too course on the skin and you can buy a course one or a mild one, the mild one’s are good.

The pads are good because they have one side which is beaded, like the above.

And one side that is lined.
The lined side is good for putting a light amount of moisture back into your skin and the beaded side helps to get all the dirt off.
~ The alternative to this is…

A small amount of beaded facial scrub, which works just as well for us males.
Or females, who are reading this.

However, for either, you will need this, a sink haha.

If you are going to use a pad, then you need to get roughly into all of the areas of the face that collect dirt, such as: The nose area, the forehead, chin etc etc… And it is different for everyone, but for males, we have a tendency to get a lot of dirt near the nose and chin area, or forehead.

( I just realized that I look like I am in pain with a sore jaw in this picture)
By the way, this is for a scrub, not the pads.

(Try not to OVER SCRUB, as you will get a sore face.)
Scrub some more…
And then wash off with water.

Then just lightly pat your face with a dry towel.

Note: After all of this you may want to apply some oil free moisturizer, but you do not need to if you do not want to.
Also, I do not recommend that you do this to your face too often as you will strip away the natural oils in your skin, which you need to keep your skin healthy.
I do this atleast 3 times a week, stretched over a few days.
Hopefully this gave some males out their some ideas on how they can clean their skin without having to use too many products.

By the way, everyone I know says I suit glasses, do you agree?
They say it gives me a lot of character :O
