A snippet of exciting news…
Yesterday was a really interesting day for me. I left here via vehicle at 10am and I arrived in Auckland City at about 2:45.
I was quite nervous yesterday as I had a lot to do on the way, and at 3:00 pm I had a modeling interview. The interview was very interesting and the people I met were quite fascinating. Actually, I arrived at the interview earlier than what I was supposed to arrive, which was fine. I met a few of agents etc and it went really well… But something else turns out to be even more of a thriller… When I went there I was applying for a modeling job, but it turns out they were interested in me for television! How cool is that!? In particular, international productions for Asia etc, … Japan, Korea… I was really surprised and excited. I have another appointment in a few days for some more photo shots of my self! I think the reason why I appeal to the international/Asian market is because I have mixed features and I talk with a clear accent. This is so cool! So, I have a few things to do! And you know what? I feel really really elated because… I got a contract! Gah! I feel so happy at this very very moment.
To celebrate my experience I met with one of my close friends, Rin and her family… We had dinner at their place, I enjoyed cooking satay chicken wings and meat balls on sticks! I’m still flat out busy, but Rin has come back to my place for a few days, basically to catch up and do whatever she wants really, as I still have to go to work and do a few other things.
Despite the fact that it is currently 1:06am, I am here, writing this blog entry, but I had to express my feeling of joy
